  • Poor Quality: Printing Prints that are blurred, faded, peeling, or have incorrect colors compared to the product images on our website.
  • Incorrect Size: If the product you received does not match the size you ordered based on our size guide.
  • Delayed Shipping: If the shipping time exceeds 20 days from the standard estimated delivery time.
  • Product Mismatch : If the product you received differs significantly from the initial description, images, or product information on our website.

3. Return and Exchange Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any of the eligible reasons listed above, we will work with you to correct the problems . Here’s how to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Include clear photos of the product showing the problem (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to manufacturing defects, poor quality printing, incorrect sizing, or product mismatch, Vitestyle.com will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel
  • Face masks

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as for returns. Note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
