Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand (POD) products, we have a limited window for order cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, free of charge.

After 12 hours, orders generally cannot be cancelled as they enter our production process.

1.2 How to Cancel an Order To cancel an order:

  • Log into your Vitestyle.com account
  • Navigate to “My Orders”
  • Find the order you wish to cancel
  • Click on “Cancel Order” if the option is available
  • If the “Cancel Order” option is not visible, please contact our customer service immediately

1.3 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • For orders cancelled within the 2-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

2. Order Modifications

2.1 Modification Window

Order modifications are subject to the same time constraints as cancellations:

  • Modifications can be made within 2 hours of order placement at no additional cost.
  • After 12 hours, orders generally cannot be modified.

2.2 Types of Modifications Permissible modifications include:

  • Changing the delivery address
  • Updating the product size or color (subject to availability)
  • Correcting spelling errors in custom text

Please note that substantial design changes may be treated as a new order, requiring cancellation of the original order (subject to our cancellation policy) and placement of a new order.

3. Replacements

3.1 Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are offered in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The print quality does not meet our standards
  • The item does not match the description on our website

3.2 Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  • Include clear photos showing the problem with the product
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days

3.3 Replacement Shipment

If your replacement request is approved:

  • We will produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you
  • The replacement will be shipped using the same method as your original order
  • You are not required to return the original item unless specifically requested

4. Exceptions

4.1 Custom Designs

For products with custom designs uploaded by the customer:

We cannot offer replacements due to dissatisfaction with the customer’s own design

However, if there are issues with print quality or product defects, our standard replacement policy applies

4.2 Limited Edition or Seasonal Items

For limited edition or seasonal items:

Replacements are subject to availability

If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a refund

5. Shipping Costs for Replacements

5.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

If the replacement is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part:

We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement item

If we require the return of the original item, we will provide a prepaid return label

5.2 Size Exchanges

For size exchanges (when permitted within the modification window):

The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the original item

Vitestyle will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size to the customer

6. Processing Time

Cancellation and modification requests are typically processed within 1 business day

Replacement requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days

Once approved, replacement items enter our standard production queue

7. Multiple Replacements

In the rare event that a replacement item also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund for the product

We reserve the right to limit the number of replacements for a single order to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our policy

8. Refunds instead of Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a full or partial refund instead of a replacement:

If the exact product is no longer available

If we have experienced repeated issues with a particular product

At the customer’s request, subject to approval

9. Bulk Orders

For bulk or large custom orders:

Special cancellation, modification, and replacement terms may apply

These will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of order placement
